This reminds me of yet another story! (One that may belong in the "Stupids" thread...)

In college I learned Tom Lehrer's Elements song, but of course it took some practice. During the week or so that I spent learning it I sometimes handed the lyrics to my girlfriend, asking her to prompt me with a hint if I got stuck. Once I got stuck on "Europium." Her hint was, "It's somewhere in Asia, I think."
