And here I was ready for pyrite, basalt, granite, shale, pumice, and gneiss. My score was pretty middle-of-the-curve, but still and all I don't count all my days wandering the Rock Hall as good for nothing.

I felt like I did surprisingly well, and it was still only 76%. I love that Neil Diamond had a fencing scholarship.

84% in my case, but I had a couple of lucky guesses. I missed the first two ... can't believe I got suckered by that opening Dylan question. Oddly, I knew about Neil Diamond's scholarship, though I have no idea why.

I only got 56%, but I didn't try very hard. Also didn't have the sound on.

Someone should start a music trivia thread here.

84%

I can't believe they beat me on that Kanye West question. I'd rather lose on something like Hamilton Joe, Frank and Reynolds.

In the text-only days of usenet, rec.games.trivia used to have a lot of good lyrics quizzes. For the record, it's "Don't Pull Your Lovelight on Me, Baby." Oh, the pain! The shame!

I got 80%, but I don't believe that who Linda Ronstadt used to date should really count as music trivia.

88%. The Linda Ronstadt question tripped me up bad, and still find it funny she dated Jim Carrey.
