I'm not sure how specific the answer is, but how about Mordock from Star Trek: The Next Generation?

For a portion of his episode, yep, he fits the bill perfectly, although not by the end.

I've never seen Leverage or Eureka but I knew Wil's been on all three so should have been able to figure it out.

Of course on BBT, he's not played by him, he is him. At least used to be. Now I think it's Brent Spiner?
