Casino gambling was legalized in New Jersey in 1976, not 1978.

Yes I do. They don't say that. They say I shouldn't even hint at the answer. My original post only stated the error without giving the answer. It was deleted. Therefore, I reposted it giving the answer.

No, the rules say "Any posts that discuss the content of the current quiz will be summarily deleted" ANY content, not just answers. If you notice a mistake in a question, email it to Ken privately.

In my original post, which was deleted, I only stated that the date should have been 1976 rather than 1978.

My reposting not only corrected the year, but also gave away the correct answer. Yet it was allowed to stand.

How does this possibly make sense?

My guess is that Lilly was too busy to notice you actually posted something different than before.

Would be a lot easier if people just followed the rules and didn't post ANYthing about the current quiz.

I saw your first one and deleted it. If I'd seen the second one in time, I would have deleted it and sent you a warning. The fact that your response at this point is to complain about not being deleted consistently enough is why I decided to go from "warning" to "ban."
