I'm sure this one is totally coincidental, but its the best I can do so far:
I've identified all the films but the black and white one with the man and woman
And speaking of Michael Keaton movies, there's an upcoming film that he directed that qualifies, but needs pluralization

 black and white pic
The B&W picture is from a great movie directed and written by the director of the also brilliant "Gregory's Girl." oh, and some little movie called "Local Hero." There has to be a story behind how someone can direct and write 5 wonderful, human movies in a row and then go to pieces. I mean the American studio movie that broke his streak had a John Sayles script (and was also quite good). But his last couple movies just didn't work at all. He's basically the UK equivalent of Rob Reiner in terms of failing to live up to the early works.

Okay. Then it looks like that one and the upcoming Michael Keaton film qualify based on the same source material.

Is there a 1984 Diane Keaton movie based on a LeCarre novel that nearly qualifies?

Nearly.....and in a PC World, it would.

I guess it would be too much of a stretch to claim that this qualifies (see the filename for an explanation of my thought process).

I think you could find some really interesting ones if you include more obscure ones like skulturfq's

This counts..... Oh yes it does, too. Don't say it doesn't. It counts. I'm tellin' you, it counts. No, no no, don't give me all that technical stuff, this absolutely counts.

Yes.
If we're including "You Can Count On Me" et al, I love this movie, whose title clearly comes from "The Twelve Days of Christmas."

 Reverse?
If we go far enough back, I think we can actually invert the theme.

I'm pretty sure this movie was inspired by "O Christmas Tree":
And this movie inspired "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas":
