Safari 3 and scroll boxes

Since upgrading to Safari 3, when I browse these forums each individual comment box has its own scroll bar and arrows. The boxes themselves are just slightly larger than the area the scroll bar covers.

Anyone else encounter this?

Yes. I'm assuming it's a CSS thing, but I haven't cared enough to dive into it yet and figure out what's going on.

It's got to be a phpBB thing, which means that if it affects all Safari 3 users, there's probably a fix out there I can install. I'll check it out when I get a second.
