bands with one surviving member nitpick

Re the Q7 from CDXXVIII:
What unusual distinction is shared by these musical acts? Badfinger, the Bee Gees, Big Star, the Four Tops, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, the Mamas and the Papas, the Temptations, and the Wailers? Sadly, these are bands that only have one surviving member left from their classic lineup.

No one survives from the original Jimi Hendrix Experience. Billy Cox is still alive, but he replaced Noel Redding in 1969.

Yeah, I was careful never to claim "original" lineups. Jimi Hendrix Experience is the iffiest band on the list, because Cox's reformed version of the band wasn't always called the Experience (though it sometimes was).
