Annoying e-mail problem

Postby David Regal » Thu Dec 21, 2006 12:27 am

A few months ago I was writing to someone in Yahoo. I hadn't got a response back from a person I needed a response from, and thought they hadn't responded. It turned out e-mail from this person was now being sent to the junk folder. This same thing has happened again recently. I thought I wasn't receiving Ken's quiz anymore but it is now being sent to junk. Does anyone know how to correct this or am I going to have to check in junk from now on?

There should be a "Not Spam" button somewhere on your screen when you open the quiz -- clicking that should keep all emails from that sender in the Inbox rather than the Spam folder.

Where do I do this in Yahoo? I see how to mark it as spam, but don't see how to mark something as not spam.

It should be in the same spot as the "spam" button, which changes to "Not Spam" when opening a message in the Spam folder.
